CTV is happy to present the third annual Directors Chair film festival with this years theme, “all things independent ” This unique event is made possible through the facilities of Staten Island Community Television. This festival is the first of its kind on Staten Island, with live broadcast coverage of the festival the week of September 22, 2008. Thank you CTV for all your support! Throughout the festival we will be featuring independent artists whos art, photography, music, TV programming and film have made an impact in our community. There is no fee to submit a film.– They are accepting films in all categories.
