Mayor’s Community Affairs Unit has a free graffiti removal program for business and residents in all five boroughs. This is a way to do some additional spring cleaning to building facades and roll-up-gates. A waiver can be copied from the website for the business or property owner to sign and have the unsightly graffiti removed by painting over it or power washing it off.
