    The Downtown Staten Island Council (DSIC) is a not-for-profit 501 c 3 commercial and community development organization dedicated to the revitalization of the Downtown Staten Island business district and Bay Street corridor.

    Staten Island is a rich mix of diverse people and businesses. Just minutes from New York City, Brooklyn or New Jersey, Downtown Staten Island is a “walking town” offering plenty to see and do -- waterfront festivals, a greenmarket, free concerts in the parks, restaurants, shops, theatres, museums, and one of the most scenic stretches of waterfront in all of New York City just steps from the free Staten Island Ferry!
